Having discovered a natural aptitude and passion for coaching, Sinead qualified as an ICF accredited coach in 2017. Sinead provides professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs with tools, resources and personalised strategies to drive career, business and financial growth.
During her 8-year tenure with PayPal, Sinead specialised in providing training to global teams in key organisational areas, such as recruitment, performance, team building and leadership skills. Sinead has now developed practical training courses & workshops on a variety of topics. Training can be delivered in-house on a one-to-one or group basis, depending on your business needs.
Sinead’s background and expertise also means that she is an excellent facilitator, ensuring that your in-house events or round-table meetings are guided through to a successful conclusion. As a skilled facilitator Sinead will guide the meeting so you don’t have to, allowing you to fully engage and focus on the dialogue with your team. Sinead will also conduct pre-meeting interviews/needs analysis and bespoke offering while also delivering the final summary report and post-meeting roadmap.
